How do I find the right size?
Sizes are by age, from newborn to 6 years. Check the Size Guide for measurements, and if your little one is between sizes, we suggest sizing up.
What are the products made of?
Everything is made from 100% cotton, chosen to be soft and gentle on little ones.
How do I care for my Kaato pieces?
Our pieces are 100% cotton and made to stay soft with everyday washing. To keep them looking their best:
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, with a mild detergent
- Wash with similar colours, and turn embroidered pieces inside out
- Skip bleach and fabric softener
- Dry flat in the shade, or tumble dry on low
- Reshape gently while damp
A little care keeps the softness, shape and colour for the next wash and the next little one.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes?
Canadian orders include applicable taxes at checkout. For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply and are set by the destination country.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition. To start a return, contact us through the form on this page, and we’ll send you the details.
